Married with four children Enrique DeArcos currently resides in Newbury Park, California and has been a resident of Ventura County since 1967.  Enrique has been a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Department of Real Estate since 1989 and in 2009 received his license from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.  His knowledge of the Real Estate Lending environment is broad and he is a First Time Home Buyer, FHA, CAL-HFA and VA Specialist. Enrique’s talents are multi-faceted including a knack for helping the self-employed borrower and serving a bilingual clientele. For over 20 years, he has enjoyed working closely with local Realtors helping home buyers achieve their dreams of home ownership. Mona Velasco-Mireles is a lifelong resident of Ventura County and currently resides here with her husband and three children. Prior to joining Pacific Oaks, she worked for a number of Banks, Credit Unions and Mortgage Bankers over the span of 23 years. She started as a teller then moved on to hold a number of other positions, from new accounts representative to records and research to supervising. In 1996, she began her career in Mortgage Loans. She found the work to be extremely interesting and challenging and knew she had found her niche. Over the past 20 years, she has become exceptionally diverse in the mortgage industry and is extremely member-oriented. Mona is responsible for drawing loan documents and funding your loan. She also serves as the liaison to escrow, title, Realtors and the secondary market and continually stays abreast of regulatory requirements to protect her customers and the Credit Union alike.
 

Al Preston, his wife and two children are Camarillo residents. Al has spent nearly a decade working in the Residential Mortgage and Retail Banking Industries, primarily as an Underwriter.  Beginning his Mortgage career in 2003, Al is well versed in Conventional, Jumbo, Sub Prime and Alt-A loans. Al has also held the positions of National Sales Trainer and a Licensed Banker. Al serves as Pacific Oaks Federal Credit Union’s Conforming, Jumbo, Portfolio and VA Underwriter. He is currently awaiting Direct Endorsement as a FHA Underwriter. Prior to his Mortgage and Banking career, Al worked in Sales for 9 years.  Al holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
